quick setup, how it works
- Connect the modular frame pieces, mast and Base: 5 minutes
- Place each Frame on the front and back of the area (Roof) to be shaded, either climb to the roof or using a lader for smaller vehicles
- 4 lines are connected to one frame and drape over the other to the ground
- 2 mast lines hold the shade, 2 side lines create an awning effect
- strap down the frames to the vehicle
- pull up the shade to the top of the rv using the mast lines
- pull the the shade across the vehicle and adjust as needed
- Add front shade to keep the heat resonating front windows cool
- if winds pickup more than 25mph pull the shade open like a curtain, bunch it up (takes seconds) and secure it to the side of the vehicle or tuck it under the straps holding down the Frames. 100mph winds wont affect it, no need to dismantle the frames.

Thought i should share my thoughts. Way better than a $7k steel carport for my situation. I live in texas in a desent RV park in my travel trailer. My electricity bills have been climbing every year so I decided not to use the roof AC and buy a small portable AC. That didn't go too well!. A good experience. We've had our 29' travel trailer for 5 years, and between boondocking and traveling, it's definitely been getting more expensive and brutally hot. When our awning started deteriorating, I was looking to replace the whole thing. Then we saw a camper draped by shade cloth at a long term RV park, the owners gave us some insight and we saw the frames holding up the fabric around their Camper. I did some thorough research. Received it in a week, setup instructions were clear and we are very happy with this system and the results Just keep in mind it's not ideal if you're constantly on the move.

We purchased the system back in May 2026, but having never seen anything like it, it looked like it was too much work. Our RV is parked most of the time and it gets windy here. We contacted the company first. We were assured we could return it . I have to admit, it took us about an hour and a half to figure things out and set it up on our 35 foot RV. I've seen other roof shade systems, but this one feels and looks different. Touching the windows and sides in 118°F heat, under the shade it genuinely felt around 80°F. I can actually open and close my shade quicker than my side awning when the winds are picking up.
